1. Engagement & Scope of Services
SMARTWEBEASY provides digital agency services including custom web development, SaaS architecture, UI/UX engineering, and technical consultation. All engagements are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents detailing milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment of agreed project fees, clients receive complete ownership of final custom application code and bespoke visual assets, subject to the following terms:
- SMARTWEBEASY retains rights to pre-existing core frameworks, open-source libraries, and reusable utility scripts.
- Clients warrant that all content provided (branding, copy, media) does not infringe upon third-party copyrights.
3. Payment & Billing Terms
Project work typically requires a deposit prior to commencement, with progress payments linked to milestone deliverables. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or US Dollars (USD $) as designated in the agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SMARTWEBEASY be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting outages, network failures, or unapproved client modifications to production environments.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or competent courts.
